Fresh Asia was established with the aim of adapting traditional Asian recipes to the tastes of the western market - consumers seeking the exotic flavors of Asian recipes, but still with a limited palate for real Asian flavor. Fresh Asia examined products for color, consistency and texture, and ‘bite’, to meet the tastes of the western consumers. Absorption of sauce and flavors, and ease of use on a commercial scale were also considered in developing ready-to-cook products with a longer shelf life. 

In response to growing trends in dietary restrictions, Fresh Asia places an emphasis on developing products that are gluten-free, enriched with protein, and have a "clean label" ingredient list, providing a healthy, nutritious substitute to pasta and other carbohydrates.

Production Lines 

Fresh Asia has worked closely with the most advanced equipment manufacturers to create a production line that simplifies complex work processes and allows for the production of multiple products on the same production line. The result is a production line made up of several mechanisms working together in sync, in a fully-automated process, that requires no human contact and saves up to 35% in labor costs. 

Meanwhile, a sensor mechanism issues an alert in the event of any problem along the line so that it can be fixed quickly with minimum disruption to production, while also keeping track of all critical production points to meet different quality and safety regulations.
